Earn up to $150,000 year Must have Dealership Service Management Experience You will help plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service advisors, service technicians, and support staff to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives. We offer:

Oversee daily service department operations to ensure efficiency and profitabilityLead and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staffDevelop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retentionTrain and mentor team members to improve performance and service qualityEnsure all service work meets manufacturer standards and customer expectationsHire and develop service advisors and techniciansAddress customer concerns promptly and professionally to resolve issuesMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet goalsQualifications2 years of experience as a Dealership Service ManagerProven leadership ability to mentor and train team membersProficient time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of automotive service operations and profitability strategiesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
