Delivery Driver

Duties:

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle, such as a van or truck, to transport goods to customers
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
• Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
• Communicate with customers to address any delivery-related issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven ability to operate delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Ability to lift heavy objects and load/unload goods as necessary
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
• Strong communication and customer service skills
