This hybrid role is perfect for someone who's organized, proactive, adaptable, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves. You'll be on the road delivering meals, scanning inventory, stocking satellite locations, and helping keep our retail operations running smoothly. This is a high-trust position where accuracy, accountability, and communication matter. Schedule Requirements Must be available to work: Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Schedule and hours may vary based on operational needs, so flexibility is required . Primary Responsibilities Deliver meals to retail stores and satellite locations (gyms, retail partners, etc.) Perform stock takes and report discrepancies Monitor expiration dates and ensure proper product rotation Set up and restock refrigerators at satellite locations Print and review inventory reports Communicate with the operations team to resolve issues in real time Empty store garbage and maintain cleanliness standards Occasionally assist with meal packaging or sorting during busy periods Backup Retail Responsibilities (Only When Needed) Open or close a retail location when covering shifts Follow daily checklists and cleaning protocols Operate POS system and record sales accurately Assist customers politely and professionally Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to catch inventory/scanning errors Ability to work independently across multiple locations Comfortable using barcode scanners, tablets, and inventory apps Flexible schedule, including weekends Clear communicator who can report issues quickly and professionally Why Join Healthy Meals Direct?
