Delivery Truck Driver

Full-Time Merchandiser/Delivery Driver - $18+/hr | Local Route | Career Growth We're hiring a full-time merchandiser with delivery responsibilities to join our hardworking, detail-oriented team. We service 45 stores with a shared goal: delivering the highest quality shopping experience for customers. If you're reliable, driven, and have a clean driving record, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Deliver and merchandise products across a set route of local stores Maintain product displays and ensure stores are clean and well-stocked Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), pushing/pulling racks, sweeping, and other store support tasks Work in various outdoor conditions (heat, rain, cold), but never in unsafe environments Represent our company professionally while interacting with store staff and team members

Schedule & Pay:

Starting at $18/hr (higher based on experience and skillset) Overtime available Flexible start and end times; all employees return home daily Opportunities for advancement after 1 year, with potential to manage your own sales route and stores Annual reviews include performance feedback, pay discussions, and growth planning

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Live in Manatee or Sarasota County for commute efficiency Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead, push/pull heavy carts, and complete physical labor daily Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Minimum 1-year commitment before advancement consideration Limited time-off available from February through June due to seasonal workload
