Warehouse Team Member:
Live and work by the iWest Companies Core Values every day. Support all aspects of our warehouse and logistics operations by helping the Warehouse Team deliver an exceptional service experience to every internal and external client. Participate in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and delivery prep, performing quality checks on all transactions. Assist in loading/unloading trucks or delivery vehicles—sometimes large or high-value items
  • making sure every package is labeled and inventoried with precision.
Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely and correctly (e.g., dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts). Become a master of our inventory management system, complete reports, and track incoming and outgoing shipments. Take pride in your work and maintain accurate records using tools like Excel, Google Sheets and warehouse software. Help maintain clean, organized, and efficient storage areas; like a real-life game of Tetris. Provide suggestions for improving warehouse processes

Perform other duties as assigned to support the team in a variety of capacities. We keep things exciting! Willingness to occasionally assist with local deliveries when needed. What You'll Do As a
Delivery Team Member:
Provide exemplary customer service while delivering high-end Furniture and Home Furnishings to customers' homes. Setting up furniture, home appliances, and basic install in customers' homes/businesses. Ability to handle basic paperwork, communicate with customers, and navigate easy delivery software platforms. Experience driving 26' non CDL box trucks in commercial and residential areas is a plus, but not required. We'll train you! Higher Pay for experienced drivers. Drivers must have a valid and clean driver's record. Mechanical skills are a plus. Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs without assistance and up to 350 lbs with assistance

We're Looking For Candidates Who Are:
Driven, reliable, and ready to put in the work. Tech-savvy, with strong working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and other basic office software. Comfortable using POS systems, warehouse inventory software, and digital tools to track and manage data. Organized and attentive to details. Willingness to learn new tasks and support diverse departments. Comfortable working in physically demanding environments (lifting up to 75 lbs solo and 350 lbs with assistance in a team-lift), including standing for long periods. Customer-focused, with the ability to handle different client situations with professionalism. Ready to join a supportive team where your contributions are valued. Preferred Experience & Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent
