What You'll Do (We will train all skills — you just bring the mindset.) Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare and set up rooms for patient appointments Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile environment Greet and support patients with warmth and empathy Take digital X-rays (training provided) Learn advanced procedures (restorative, implants, surgical assistance) Help ensure our patient journey remains smooth and five-star Support teammates across the office when needed If you're new to dentistry, we will train you through our structured onboarding system and mentorship program. QualificationsRequired:
