Dental Assistant Support Specialist Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our multi-doctor periodontal practice in a role focused on sterilization, operatory turnover, and surgical/exam room preparation . Key responsibilities include instrument processing and sterilization, maintaining infection control standards, efficient room turnover, and ensuring operatories are fully prepared for exams and surgical procedures . This role is essential to maintaining clinical flow and supporting a high-functioning specialty environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and efficient , with a strong understanding of sterile protocols and the pace of a specialty practice.
