$7,500 WELCOME BONUS! Dental Hygienist Dekalb Dental Group 2707 Sycamore Road, Dekalb, IL 60115 Dekalb Dental Group is looking for a fun, friendly Dental Hygienist to join the team! Schedule Monday 7:30am-5:00pm Tuesday 7:30am-5:00pm Wednesday 7:30am-6:00pm Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm
Consistent Patient Schedule:
Average approx. 6-8 patients a day 60min recare, 90min new patient appointment! SRP appointments are 60-90 minutes, flexible on hygienist need! Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required) Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation CPR Certification Preferred Experience New graduates and experienced hygienists welcome! Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position Prolonged periods sitting and standing Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
