Job Description
Job Overview Salary position - will be negotiable based upon experience. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dental Lab Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily functions of our dental laboratory. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate with dental professionals, manage laboratory workflows, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and optimize production efficiency. Your leadership will drive quality assurance, streamline processes, and foster a collaborative environment that supports innovative dental fabrication. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about advancing dental technology and delivering exceptional patient care through precise laboratory operations. Duties Supervise all aspects of dental laboratory operations, including fabrication, quality control, and workflow management Coordinate with dental teams to ensure timely delivery of prosthetics, crowns, bridges, and other dental appliances Implement and monitor infection control protocols in accordance with HIPAA regulations and OSHA standards Oversee inventory management of lab materials, tools, and equipment such as micrometers, CAD/CAM systems, and medical imaging devices Train and mentor laboratory staff on dental fabrication techniques Be capable of answering phones and speaking to doctors about cases etc Experience Proven experience in dental laboratory management or a similar leadership role within a dental or medical setting Strong background in dental fabrication processes including CAD/CAM technology and traditional lab techniques Familiarity with dental assisting practices, chairside assisting procedures, and medical imaging techniques Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry as well as medical terminology used in patient assessment and documentation Understanding of infection control practices including aseptic technique and sterilization procedures in a clinical environment We want you to grow with us.
