Summary of Position:

As an Orthodontic Receptionist- Bliss Expert, you'll play a vital role in providing outstanding patient care and ensuring that every patient's experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Experience is a must!

Specifically orthodontics.

Responsibilities:

Promote Orthodontist and Practice:

Always promote our orthodontist and practice, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for our patients.

Patient Care:

Greet patients warmly, escort them to the treatment area, and provide genuine care and concern throughout their visit. OSHA guidelines and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Patient Follow-Up:

Place care calls to patients after difficult appointments and update patient health history and information as needed.

Team Collaboration:

Actively participate in team meetings, demonstrating teamwork and assisting in other areas of the office when necessary.

Marketing Activities:

Participate in marketing activities to promote the health and growth of the practice, aligning with our mission of spreading positivity and creating beautiful smiles.

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a cohesive team environment.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks while remaining calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts and follow-up on tasks effectively.
