Job Description

We are currently looking for a shift manager that would like to be trained to be an assistant manager in the future. Please apply if you are interested in being a shift manager or assistant manager. If you don't have experience, we can teach you. Must have open availability to be considered.
Position Objective:
To provide assistance to the store manager in operating the restaurant in an efficient, profitable, safe, clean manner while giving a "Great experience every time" to each customer. The manager will supervise and provide direction to their staff and advise and assist staff in all areas of the business. Key areas of focus are customer service, sales, marketing, product quality, service, safety, and cleanliness.
Essential Function:
Team with Restaurant Manager in the execution of the restaurant's business plan as directed Monitors inventory levels, orders supplies, manages deliveries Ensure store meets health, food safety and safety regulations Resolves customer issues or complaints Exercise good judgment in decision-making and reporting issues to the GM Maintain critical standards for product and service quality, restaurant cleanliness and sanitation, and speed of service Ensures the restaurant is in accordance with established company standards, policies and procedures. Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate Ensure Key Practices are followed during the shift. Ensure team members follow health and safety guidelines for a clean and safe environment.
Work Environment:
Position operates in a restaurant setting. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.
Requirements:
One year restaurant experience (fast food/QSR management experience preferred.) Ability to handle pressure in a fast paced commercial operation for long periods of time Ability to take direction and delegate tasks effectively Comprehensive knowledge of relevant Health & Safety rules and regulations The position may require occasional lifting of products to waist level weighing up to 50 pounds. Have the knowledge and ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location. Willing to work flexible hours to cover evenings, weekends and holiday periods Must be able to perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant including moving and responding quickly for long periods of time Must have excellent customer service skills, exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness Working knowledge of computers
