Tips range between $3.50-$6 per hour on top of your hourly wages. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and other menu items with precision and creativity Cook fries and other side dishes quickly and efficiently to meet customer demand Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, including proper food handling and bussing duties Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure orders are completed promptly Upsell menu items to enhance sales and maximize customer satisfaction Skills Experience in food preparation, food handling, or working in quick service or fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient cashiering Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours and ensure timely service Join us if you're passionate about creating tasty meals, delivering outstanding service, and working in a vibrant team environment.
