Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic financial team as a Deputy Treasurer, a vital role dedicated to overseeing and enhancing our organization's financial health and compliance. In this position, you will support the Treasurer in managing cash flow, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining regulatory adherence. Your will uphold the highest standards of financial integrity within a vibrant, mission-driven environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a meaningful impact through expert financial management and leadership. Responsibilities Process tax payments received in person, by email, and by mail. Perform money management tasks, including posting payments, balancing cash drawers, and preparing deposits. Maintain property tax account revenue and balance reports. Perform title and lien searches on recording records. Provide professional customer service and answer public inquiries via phone and email.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or GED.Experience:
Two (2) years of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience.Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong bookkeeping and cash-handling abilities. The Rewards Idaho PERSI pension plan. Health, vision, and dental insurance. 13 days of Paid Time off, 12 paid holidays, sick leave, and parental leave.Pay:
$19.66- $27.
