Located in beautiful Driggs, Idaho, Tributary provides its members with luxury amenities and adventure activities throughout the greater Teton region. Spearheaded by our club's talent, diverse and vibrant professionals, our mission to provide industry-leading guest services begins with a fulfilling employee experience. Summary/Objective This position is dynamic and guest/member-centric. The primary role will be to support the operations with a variety of tasks related to guests'/members' needs, such as arrival, concierge, property management, special requests, cleaning, shuttling, shopping, etc. Essential Functions 1. Provide warm, attentive, courteous service to all members, guests, and prospects. Act as a welcoming presence within the Clubhouse and answer phone calls in an administrative assistant fashion. 2. Speak confidently and answer questions about our property and the area. 3. Perform concierge duties for members, guests and prospects, including but not limited to: booking activities on and off property, reserving recreation equipment, securing dinner reservations, booking tee times and more. 4. Field and facilitate property management requests for homeowners on property, including but not limited to: housekeeping, maintenance, outside maintenance, grocery shopping and more. 6. Perform various Tributary rental program duties, including but not limited to: confirming rental reservations, initiating prearrival communication, assisting with itinerary planning, stocking amenities and more. 7. Promote all departments/outlets with operational knowledge, and support operational needs when needed. 8. Coordinate and provide transportation services for members, guests and prospects. 9. Facilitate billing for Member Services and property management services, including transportation, miscellaneous services, housekeeping, maintenance, outside maintenance, etc. 10. Receive, organize and deliver homeowner packages & mail. 11. Oversee fleet of Tributary vehicles, schedule routine maintenance and ensure cleanliness. 12.

Oversee the functionality, cleanliness, and experience of the Grand Targhee member lounge and provide shuttle services. Competencies Attention to Detail Passion for Service Professionalism Integrity and Ethical Behavior Communication Teamwork Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This position operates in both an office and outdoor setting. It will include sitting at a desk and using the phone, as well as walking or driving to locations both in and outside of the Club property. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, slipping, tripping, and falls. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. Sitting 75 % Kneeling 5 % Lifting 25 % Climbing 5 % Standing 25 % Stooping 5 % Reaching 5 % Pushing 5 % Bending 10 % Pulling 5 % Walking 25 % Driving 10 % Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time regular (year-round) non-exempt (hourly) position. Days and hours of work are typically five dates per week, at 8 hours shifts, 9am- 5pm, and subject to adjustment based on business need. Some overtime may be requested. Schedule is subject to change, and applicants must be flexible with schedule adjustments. Travel Some light driving travel is expected for this position. Distance will not likely exceed 100 miles. Required Education and Experience Prior experience in a customer-centric, customer-facing position required. Preferred Education and Experience Administrative or hotel-related experience is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent. Additional Eligibility Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to speak fluently in English. Work Authorization Must have valid work authorization to work in the United States for I-9 form purposes.
