Located in beautiful Driggs, Idaho, Tributary provides its members with luxury amenities and adventure activities throughout the greater Teton region. Spearheaded by our club's talent, diverse and vibrant professionals, our mission to provide industry-leading guest services begins with a fulfilling employee experience. Summary/Objective The Wellness Attendant provides an instrumental role in delivering a world-class wellness experience to each incoming Member and their guests. This position carries out the daily operational wellness duties in an effective, considerate manner to maintain a warm and welcoming environment that we are known for. Essential Functions Answer all incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner. Greet all Wellness Center and Pool guests in a timely and personable manner. Provide courteous, prompt, and sincere attention to members, guests, and staff. Execute facility opening, in-shift, and closing procedures in a timely and complete manner. Maintain general housekeeping and facility organizational standards of Wellness Center and Pool area. Replenish amenities and inventory to par levels. Schedule and coordinate personal training, nail, massage, and esthetician services. Demonstrate proper usage of all fitness equipment with a well-informed, invested approach. Provide independent contractors with proper membership charges and information on services performed. Helping guests with merchandise information and transacting sales. Adhere to all standards, procedures, and club core values. Marginal Functions Assist the Director with staff training and protocols. Assist the Director with spa services menu creation, execution, and marketing. Assist the Director with retail sourcing and ordering. Assist the Director with evolving all other components of the Wellness Center as it transitions into a new clubhouse, to include but not be limited to sourcing equipment, inventory, ingredients, etc. Maintain an informed connection to other Club event offerings to promote to members, including golf and dining events Attend to accidents in a comforting manner, coordinating emergency services if the situation requires, and submitting proper documentation following the incident Maintain appropriate relationships with members, guests, and staff. Inform Members of online calendar updates, current group fitness schedule, monthly and weekly events, and assisting members with class/event registrations. Competencies Attention to Detail Passion for Service Professionalism Integrity and Ethical Behavior Communication Team Work Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This position is an active indoors and outdoors position, and the employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, slipping, tripping, falls, and sun exposure. Physical Demands The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. Sitting 10% Kneeling 5% Lifting 50% Climbing 5% Standing 90% Stooping 5% Reaching 5% Pushing 10% Bending 50% Pulling 10% _____% _____% Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a Full Time, P art-time or On-Call - Seasonal Non-Exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Sunday from approximately 8:00 am - 7:00 pm. The schedule is subject to change, and applicants must be flexible with schedule adjustments. Ability to work weekends, holidays, days, and nights with flexible hours. Travel Required Education and Experience Prior experience in a customer-centric, customer-facing position is preferred. Prior experience in a team work-related role. Preferred Education and Experience Highschool equivalent is preferred but not required. Additional Eligibility Qualifications Must Participate in First-Aid/CPR/AED Certification class Work Authorization Must have valid work authorization to work in the United States for I-9 form purposes.
