Artist Operations & Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time) SAC Group Beverly Hills, CA Job Details Part-time $20 - $40 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Teamwork Attention to detail Facebook Instagram Analytics Full Job Description About the Position We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Artist Operations & Social Media Coordinator to support an independent recording artist and growing entertainment brand. This is not an influencer role. Instead, you'll help coordinate content, organize projects, manage release schedules, and ensure creative projects move forward efficiently. Responsibilities Coordinate social media calendars and content schedules. Schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Organize photos, videos, and digital assets. Coordinate with designers, editors, photographers, and marketing partners. Track music release schedules and project deadlines. Assist with Spotify, YouTube, and streaming platform updates. Maintain organized cloud storage and digital files. Prepare simple analytics and progress reports. Assist with promotional campaigns and special projects. Qualifications Experience with social media platforms. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Interest in music, entertainment, digital marketing, or content creation. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
