We are looking for an outgoing creative who can assist with curriculum development, and execute educational workshops, wellness, team building and private events Must be fun energetic, and lively with great communication skills. Must have at least 2 years of experience working with youth both online and in person. Talent should have a strong internet connection and the ability to teach virtually and in person. Talent must be reliable and have their own reliable means of transportation to and from events. Must live in the San Joaquin County area or be willing to commute to event locations. Talent must have proven strong artistic abilities. Core responsibility will be to instruct and lead painting lessons. We are looking for someone with experience trouble shooting events, and working in a fast pace environment. Must be able to work well independently and with a team. Must be available afternoons, and evenings at least 2-3 days each week. This is a LIGHT Part Time position. Shifts may be 2-4 hours per day and up to 15 hours per week. Coach will be required to set up, break down and clean up after each. Must have a strong history of punctuality. Coaches will share the company's core values and vision in all interactions with the customers, employees, partners and the community. Coach will also provide feedback to the management to help them improve their performance in all areas related to leadership.
