Art Studio Assistant — Part-Time Priscilla & Tiffany's Arthouse | Pinecrest, FL Priscilla & Tiffany's Arthouse is a children's extracurricular fine arts school offering ongoing art education, classes, workshops, and creative events. We're looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Studio Assistant to support our instructors and day-to-day school operations. This is an ideal opportunity for a 3rd- or 4th-year college student pursuing a BFA or related fine arts degree who wants hands-on experience in an educational art environment. Responsibilities Assist with organization at the front desk, store, classrooms, and studio spaces Pre-draw canvases and prepare artwork for classes, birthdays, and special programs Prep art materials and supplies for instructors and students Pack, label, and organize completed student artwork Assist with inventory, restocking, and supply organization Prepare classrooms and materials for art classes and children's birthday celebrations Assist instructors during classes, birthdays, workshops, and events as needed Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming school environment Support general day-to-day administrative and studio tasks Art Skills Required Strong drawing and sketching skills are required Must be able to draw accurately, confidently, and quickly Ability to pre-draw multiple canvases efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality Strong understanding of proportion, composition, line work, and traditional fine-art fundamentals Comfortable working with a variety of art materials and mediums Ideal Candidate Currently pursuing a BFA or related fine arts degree , preferably in their 3rd or 4th year Fast and confident with drawing and artwork preparation Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable working in a children's educational environment Friendly and professional with students and families Able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting Reliable and willing to assist wherever needed Previous experience with children is a plus This is a great opportunity for an art student interested in gaining professional experience in fine arts education, studio operations, and creative programming for children .
