Duties Lead interactive painting classes by guiding guests step-by-step through creative projects in a lively, welcoming atmosphere Inspire guests with your artistic expertise, offering encouragement and support to boost their confidence and enjoyment Maintain a high-energy environment that promotes fun, teamwork, and guest satisfaction throughout each session Prepare art supplies and setup stations efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of activities Engage with guests before, during, and after classes to foster a positive experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement Keep the studio organized, clean, and stocked with necessary materials to uphold safety standards and aesthetic appeal Collaborate with team members to develop new class themes and creative ideas that excite our community Skills Experience in art direction, illustration, or photography that showcases your creative versatility Ability to teach or lead groups confidently while maintaining an energetic and positive attitude Experience in painting with Acrylic paints Skilled in digital art tools such as SketchUp, Sketch, or CAD programs for diverse artistic projects Passion for interior or production design concepts that enhance the visual environment of the studio Join us as a FUN Artist and unleash your creativity while making a meaningful impact on our guests' lives!
