This is a full-time, hands-on position focused primarily on stone setting, jewelry assembly, and production of personalized jewelry . Previous professional jewelry experience is not required. We are happy to train the right person. What matters most to us is someone who genuinely enjoys working with their hands, has excellent attention to detail, can follow instructions carefully, and takes pride in doing precise, accurate work. Much of this position involves detailed and sometimes repetitive work with small jewelry components. It is a great fit for someone who has patience, enjoys making things, and likes seeing a beautiful finished product come together. Responsibilities Learn and perform bezel setting of small stones Assemble personalized jewelry according to individual customer specifications Prepare jewelry components for stone setting and assembly Work with small stones, charms, chains, and other jewelry components Check finished pieces carefully for accuracy and quality Follow established production steps and instructions Help with other jewelry production tasks as needed What we are looking for Excellent attention to detail Patience and ability to concentrate on precise handwork Ability to follow directions carefully and consistently Someone who genuinely enjoys working with their hands Reliable, responsible, and organized Comfortable doing repetitive production work while maintaining quality Able to learn new techniques and accept feedback Able to work independently as well as part of a small team Jewelry experience is a plus, but not required.
