Hazmat Certified Delivery Driver Igo's Welding Watertown, MA Job Details Full-time $27 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Profit sharing Health insurance Qualifications Dangerous goods Hazardous materials transportation Materials handling Material handling safety practices Full Job Description We are looking for a dependable, safety-oriented CDL or Class C Driver with a valid Hazmat endorsement to join our local delivery team. In this role, you will handle local metro Boston deliveries, getting you home comfortably at the end of every shift.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Safely drive and operate a commercial delivery vehicle for local metro Boston routes adhering to all state, federal, and DOT regulations.
  • Transport compressed gas cylinders and related welding supplies securely and efficiently.
  • Maintain proper documentation and delivery manifests.
Qualifications & Requirements :
  • Must possess a valid CDL (Class A or B) or a Class C driver's license.
  • Must hold a valid Hazmat endorsement (or be ready to present active credentials).
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and handle heavy cylinders and equipment safely using proper material handling tools. Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting Pay:
    $27.00 per hour
  • Schedule Advantage:
    Standard 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM shift (Home every night for dinner!)
