English Full Job Description Specific Job Functions:
Consult clients to determine desired hairstyle and recommend appropriate blowout techniques and products. Perform professional blowouts, using brushes, blow dryers, and styling tools to achieve a variety of looks. Maintain the safety of all guests and staff by providing a clean and sanitary work environment, including sanitizing, disinfecting, and sweeping as necessary. Dispose of soiled linens towels as needed. Maintain a working knowledge of all products and provide guests with current information involving the latest techniques and procedures. Stock work stations and inform management of necessary inventory needing replacement. Provide excellent customer service by completing services promptly in the time allotted while maintaining professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees. Check equipment for damage or in need of repair. Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department. Qualifacations Current Cosmetologist license, as issued by the State Board of Cosmetology. Current health card as issued by the Clark County Health District. At least one year of experience as a hairstylist required. Previous customer service experience necessary. Must have flexible schedule. Excellent communication skills a must. Communicate is English both verbally and written. Bilingual preferred. Basic knowledge of spa software preferred. Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.
