Artist Painting with a Twist - 3.9 Harker Heights, TX Job Details Part-time $13 - $15 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Acrylic painting Crowd interaction Construction painting Basic math Public speaking Experience working with children Brush painting Visual arts painting Full Job Description An artist at Painting with a Twist requires a knowledge of painting with at least student grade acrylic paint on canvas and wood surfaces. Artists are required to assist guests in fixing their paintings and instructing them how to paint while teaching the painting class. Artists answer the phones, count money drawers, clean the studio and supplies, and attend mandatory monthly employee meetings. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Must be 18 years old, or older. Must be able to be on your feet 6+ hours, with short breaks. Must be comfortable in front of a crowd. Send five examples of your acrylic artwork with your resume . E-mail your artwork to us if you cannot upload to Indeed. Can not be Painting with a Twist artwork. Position is mostly weekend and night shifts. Daytime shifts in the Summer are available. Expected 5-10 hours per week. Position begins with a 30-90 day training assistant period, with possibility of moving up to stage artist with a pay increase. Background checks are performed. Must be comfortable working with children and adults.
