Job Overview Olive & Cocoa is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Seasonal Adobe Illustrator & Branding Assistant to support our team during the busy holiday season. This is a fully onsite position focused on creating customer branding proofs, custom cards, and other personalized materials using Adobe Illustrator.

Responsibilities :

Create and prepare customer logo proofs using Adobe Illustrator Design custom gift cards and other personalized materials Adjust logos, text, colors, and layouts based on client requests Prepare artwork and files for production Review designs carefully for spelling, accuracy, sizing, and placement Organize and maintain digital artwork and branding files Work closely with the sales and administrative teams Assist with additional administrative and design-related projects as needed

Qualifications:

A minimum of two years of experience using Adobe Illustrator is required Comfortable working with vector artwork, logos, typography, and layout Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent computer and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Dependable, professional, and able to work well with a team Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, or InDesign is helpful but not required

Position Details:

Seasonal, full-time position ending December 23, 2026 Fully onsite position Monday through Friday 40 hours per week Base pay: $14 per hour A $1-per-hour attendance bonus paid weekly A $1-per-hour retention bonus paid at the end of the season on December 23, 2026, upon successful completion of the full season Two weeks of onsite training 60% Employee Discount Catered lunch in December for onsite employees Applicants should submit a résumé describing their Adobe Illustrator experience. Pay:
