About the role Maui Glow Club is a sunless spray tan studio with locations in Vienna and Arlington, VA. We help guests glow before big moments

• weddings, vacations, photos, or just feeling their best
• all with a little island warmth.

Now we're hiring part-time Spray Tan Artists, and no experience is needed. We'll train you on everything. This is a client-facing role where you'll work closely with guests throughout their spray tan experience, including while they are nude or partially covered. We look for people who are calm, respectful, and confident, with a warm personality that helps every guest feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease Let's be upfront: is this a fit for your life? • on time, for every shift you commit to. Our guests book around important days, so we count on you being there. All work is in the studio. No traveling to guests' homes or events. You just need a reliable way to get to your studio on time. It's active and fast-paced. You'll be on your feet, and you'll bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to reach every angle as you apply each tan. • more hours on March through June, fewer November through January Comfortable with booking-driven, flexible hours that change with demand. Some days you may be booked back-to-back, and some days you may only have one or two appointments Up for the physical, fast-paced work
• on your feet, moving, and steady with your hands Reliable transportation to get to your studio on time Warm, friendly, and great with people Detail-oriented, especially about cleanliness and hygiene Comfortable working on your own and managing your time Happy to learn our services, products, and tools Nice to have (but not required): experience in customer service, beauty, wellness, or hospitality, and comfort with Instagram, Facebook, or Canva.

Schedule

• Almost all weekends. A great fit if your weekdays are busy and you want to earn on Saturdays and Sundays. Part-time Spray Tan Artist
• 2-3 shifts during the week (Mon-Fri), plus 1-2 weekend day per month.

Both roles are booking-driven, so your weekly hours flex with how many clients book. Studio hours are Mon-Fri 9 AM-9 PM and Sat-Sun 10 AM-4 PM.
