EKC is a low-voltage integration company headquartered in Fresno, California, providing audio visual and technology solutions for school districts, colleges, healthcare facilities, commercial organizations, and other customers throughout the Western United States and Texas. We are a people-first company that believes in investing in our employees and creating a collaborative environment where team members have the opportunity to grow with the organization. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced AV professional who enjoys both hands-on installation and greater involvement in the overall project process . The primary responsibility of this position is leading and performing commercial AV installations. This expanded involvement provides the opportunity to work closely with our project management, engineering, estimating, and operations teams while helping develop AV projects from initial site evaluation through final installation. As installation volume continues to grow, the position is expected to become increasingly focused on full-time AV installation and field leadership. Compensation Structure During the initial phase of the position, EKC intends to offer a salaried compensation structure providing consistent full-time compensation while the employee supports both AV installation and project-development activities. As regional installation volume grows to support a consistent full-time field schedule, the position is expected to transition to EKC's standard hourly field compensation structure. Specific compensation and transition details will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience, qualifications, and regional workload.
