For 18 years we've built custom smart home systems for discerning clients, and we've built a reputation for doing it right. We're growing fast and looking for a Junior AV Technician who's eager to learn the trade and build a career with a team that has high standards. What You'll Do Install AV and low-voltage systems across all project phases — prewire, rough-in, trim, and finish — in new construction, retrofit, and remodel environments. Run and terminate low-voltage cabling including HDMI, Cat6, speaker wire, and control wiring. Mount and connect displays, speakers, amplifiers, control systems, and network hardware. Commission and configure audio/video distribution, home theater, lighting control, and networking systems. Troubleshoot and service existing systems for residential clients. Represent Gravity AV professionally on job sites and communicate clearly with clients and your crew. What You Bring 2+ years of low-voltage or AV installation experience preferred. General trade or construction experience is mandatory. A strong work ethic and the drive to keep learning. Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check. Your own hand tools.
