Position Summary Operates, maintains, and supports enterprise AV and VTC systems, providing senior-level technical expertise for live events, executive communications, and collaboration platforms across EEOC Headquarters and its nationwide field office footprint. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of enterprise AV/VTC systems across multiple conference rooms and facilities; monitor system health and performance. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VTC endpoints, codecs, DSPs, control systems, digital signage, and collaboration technologies. Provide operational support for executive meetings, board meetings, webinars, and high-profile virtual events. Perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and interoperability issues. Coordinate scheduled maintenance, firmware upgrades, software updates, and lifecycle replacements. Develop and maintain SOPs, network diagrams, inventories, and system configuration documentation. Support incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL best practices. Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Poly RealPresence platforms, including webinars and breakout rooms. Coordinate with vendors/manufacturers on technical issues and warranty/repair activities. Support escalation procedures for unresolved issues; participate in after-hours maintenance windows as required. Minimum Qualifications 10 years of experience supporting an environment similar to EEOC's. Experience supporting comparable AV/VTC equipment and systems. Experience working with a large, geographically dispersed, multi-site office network. General Requirements (All Positions) Must currently hold, or be able to favorably pass, a full-field five-year employment background investigation (SF-85P) prior to performing work. This is a Public Trust suitability requirement (OPM standards, 5 CFR Part 736), not a national security clearance. Acceptable command of the English language. Subject to Contractor-funded training of at least 40 hours/year in core competencies.
