Your Mission:
Help transform ordinary rooms into irresistible, story-rich spaces using our proven Home Story MethodTM. You'll learn the art and science of great staging, bringing comfort and beauty together to unlock every home's true potential.
The Journey:
- Assist our team on installs, turning blank rooms into inviting showcases
- Make every space function first, then layer on beauty—capturing hearts, exciting minds
- Keep people and property safe—every detail counts (zero damage is the standard!)
- Move with purpose—always advancing the story. Homes deserve our best.
- Keep operations organized: pack/unpack vehicles, stage-ready tools, clean pull stations
- Learn confident and clear communication with our customers
- Build a show stopping look book that shows your journey The Day to
Day:
- Complete onboarding and training checklist
- Assist on 50+ staging projects. Lead 25 stages with documented, portfolio-worthy work
- Deliver every project to our brand standards: deeply livable, functional, and beautiful
- Show initiative, solve problems, and communicate clearly What to bring:
- Creative energy, growth mindset, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Hands-on experience in organized, detail-driven work (retail/events/moving/hospitality a plus)
- Quick to learn and comfortable with GSuite and Microsoft Office
- Communicate clearly and move fast—while protecting every detail
