Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Audio/Video Technician to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and operating a wide range of audiovisual systems across various settings. Your expertise will ensure seamless audio and video experiences for live events, corporate meetings, conference rooms, and other multimedia environments. Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain audiovisual equipment including video conferencing systems, audio systems, control systems, and digital signal processing devices Troubleshoot AV system issues promptly using electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting techniques Operate and support live event AV production projects, ensuring high-quality sound and visuals Conduct routine maintenance on AV equipment and cabling infrastructure to ensure optimal performance Read electrical schematics and blueprints to accurately install and troubleshoot AV systems in various environments Implement audio systems by integrating hardware components with control system programming for seamless operation Perform field service tasks such as cabling, mechanical assembly, equipment troubleshooting, and system upgrades Experience Proven experience working in the AV industry with a strong understanding of audiovisual control systems operation and installation Hands-on experience with video conferencing systems operation and software troubleshooting Knowledge of low voltage wiring, cabling techniques, electrical schematic reading, and telecommunication infrastructure Familiarity with computer networking principles relevant to AV system integration Ability to interpret schematics and mechanical drawings related to AV system installation Experience working on live event AV production projects or similar high-pressure environments Strong customer service skills combined with technical expertise in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding audiovisual solutions.
