This role combines student support, class organization, parent interaction, and light marketing support such as taking photos and short videos during classes and events. Duties Welcome students and families and help classes run smoothly. Learn students' names, personalities, goals, and challenges. Support students who are nervous, frustrated, disengaged, or struggling. Recognize effort, improvement, perseverance, and leadership. Help with attendance, uniforms, equipment, graduations, and class organization. Communicate important student observations to the owner. Take quality photos and short videos during classes and events. Capture student accomplishments and moments that reflect the culture of the school. Organize photos and video for future marketing. Assist with simple social media content when needed.
