In this multifaceted role, you will oversee the design, setup, operation, and troubleshooting of audio-visual systems for a variety of events, ensuring seamless execution from pre-production to post-production. Your expertise will drive engaging content creation, live sound reinforcement, and high-quality video production, making every event memorable and impactful. Responsibilities Operate and troubleshoot a wide range of audio equipment including audio mixing consoles, digital audio workstations (DAWs), sound reinforcement systems, and signal processing devices to ensure optimal sound quality during live events and recordings. Manage live sound engineering for events such as conferences, performances, and productions, ensuring clear audio delivery for audiences and participants. Set up, test, and operate video production equipment including cameras, videography gear, editing software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Avid to capture high-quality footage. Lead the planning and execution of AV production projects from concept through post-production editing, incorporating sound design and music mixing to enhance content. Coordinate with event organizers to understand technical requirements; develop comprehensive AV setups tailored to each event's needs. Perform routine maintenance on audio and video equipment; troubleshoot technical issues swiftly to minimize disruptions during live operations. Collaborate with creative teams on content creation, filming, editing, and delivering engaging multimedia presentations that meet project goals. Experience Proven experience operating professional audio equipment in a live concert setting. Ability to mix and dial in sound. Knowledge of sound systems installation, signal flow management, and sound reinforcement techniques for large venues or outdoor events. Familiarity with event audio equipment operation and troubleshooting; ability to quickly resolve technical issues under pressure. Excellent communication skills combined with technical proficiency in sound design, music mixing, post-production editing, and content creation. Ability to communicate to touring acts, determining their needs, and executing all areas of a live concert production. This is a hands on role that the future candidate will tackle each event with enthusiasm and professionalism.
