Job Description
LED Video Wall Technician GSF Productions | Raleigh North Carolina Part-Time / Event-Based GSF Productions is seeking experienced LED Video Wall Technicians to join our growing team for concerts, festivals, corporate events, and special productions in and around Raleigh NC, throughout North Carolina, and the Southeast. This position will be a part-time / gig-based role. We're looking for professionals who can confidently build, configure, troubleshoot, and operate LED video systems in fast-paced live event environments. Responsibilities Set up and tear down LED video wall systems Configure and operate Novastar video wall processors Operate Blackmagic Design switchers and video routing systems Program and operate QLab for video playback and cueing Program and operate Resolume for live video playback and effects Troubleshoot signal flow, processing, and display issues Work alongside audio, lighting, and staging departments to execute seamless productions Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Assist with loading/unloading trucks and proper equipment handling Required Experience Applicants should have working knowledge of: Blackmagic switching systems Novastar video wall processors QLab software Resolume software LED panel assembly and calibration Video signal distribution (HDMI, SDI, fiber, converters, etc.) Live event production environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with concerts, festivals, or corporate events Ability to read signal flow diagrams and production plots Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work extended event hours Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team What We're Looking For We're not just hiring operators—we're looking for technicians who can solve problems under pressure, work efficiently with a crew, and take pride in delivering exceptional live event experiences.
