Summary :

Leads installation teams and performs advanced troubleshooting, assists with commissioning, and system integration.

Responsibilities :

Lead crews hands on, on commercial AV projects. Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics. Ensure installations meet company and industry standards. Coordinate schedules and materials with Project Manager Review project drawings and identify installation issues. Interface with project managers, engineers, and clients.

Qualifications :

4-7 years of AV/low-voltage experience. Strong knowledge of networking, AV signal flow, and system integration. Experience leading crews and managing projects. Industry certifications preferred (CTS, CTS-I, manufacturer certifications).
