  • Currently looking for AV Installers with commercial experience to work in Dallas, TX and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience terminating Phoenix connectors and XLR connectors, possess experience with Crestron, Extron and AMX control systems and hold the ability to install projectors, smart boards, TV's, speaker systems, etc.
  • Responsibilities of the Audio Visual Technician/Installers Responsible for the installation of projection screens, paging speakers and surround sound speaker systems.
Perform network wiring terminations as required. Perform basic audio, video and control system testing including preliminary diagnostic troubleshooting on integrated audiovisual systems as well as providing additional installation testing, commissioning and preparation of punch lists. Ensure each system's physical completeness in accordance with installation drawings and specifications. Protect finished work from dust and damage in the area of work Assist with the gathering of all manuals from equipment boxes as well as unused installation equipment and materials and returning them to the Lead Installer at the end of each job. Requirements of the Audio Visual Technician/Installers Experience roughing in and trimming out various types of projection screens, paging speakers and surround sound speaker systems. Experience terminating Phoenix connectors and XLR connectors Experience with Crestron, Extron and AMX control systems is desired. Ability to install various projection screens like Da-Lite and Draper is required. CTS certification and scissor lift certification is desired but not mandatory. Must be comfortable on a scissor lift. Pass a background check and drug screen Possess a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license Have basic hand tools Qualified AV Installer must:
