Apply Overview Position Type Seasonal Education Level None Travel Percentage None Apply Description SUMMARY Coordinates, orders and fulfills any and all A/V equipment requests made by Group Sales, Catering, or any department requiring such equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Dependability, good attendance, and occasional overtime required. May be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Texas Racing Commission license. Performs other duties as assigned. Calls and establishes working relationships with outside Compiles a list of phone numbers and contacts for at least three different A/V companies. Keeps an accurate inventory of all on Property Audio Visual Equipment, including but not limited to, PA Systems, VCPs, slide projector, overhead projector, and screens. Establishes a good working relationships with internal and external clients requesting the usage of equipment. Maintains and properly stores all A/V equipment. Coordinates crews to assist in all A/V Set-ups, including but not limited to televisions, stands, cables & connections Qualifications Knowledge on common and advanced setup request. Knowledge of common and uncommon A/V terms and output/inputs. Ability to get and maintain a valid TXRC license. Video utility experience. Share job details to
