This position will provide Audio visual and classroom technologies support. Responsible for audio visual maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting. May function in a highly skilled technical capacity with minimal supervision. 1. Analyzes and repairs Audio-Visual equipment to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction. 2. Reads and interprets equipment schematic diagrams and other CAD drawings. 3. Provides training and leadership, primarily to student workers. 4. Assists with purchasing and commissioning technology. 5. Loads code or firmware and provides logistical support when testing and updating network devices. 6. Serves as the first responder for reported technical issues. 7. Responsible for regular maintenance and modification of equipment as needed. 8. Understands incident tracking, opening, and closing tickets. 9. Performs other job-related duties as required.MQ:
Education:
Requires the ability and knowledge for analysis and interpretation of procedures, policies and practices attainable through specific education and/or training programs in a specialty or technical field. Advanced vocational or electronic skills or a basic knowledge of a professional field is required. An Associate's degree or certification/licensing in a technical specialty program of over 18 months and up to 3 years duration are characteristics of this field.Experience:
Requires a minimum of six (6) months of directly job-related experience.Cert/License:
