We are looking for an On-Site AV Support Technician whose attitude, technical expertise, and work ethic will embody our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. This individual will serve as a dedicated on-site resource responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing a variety of audio visual and collaboration technologies. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and technically proficient. They enjoy solving problems, working directly with end users, and managing AV environments that support critical business operations. These responsibilities will give you an idea, but not a full picture of what you will do as an On-Site AV Support Technician as we work to embrace and capitalize on our employees' strengths: Responsibilities Provide dedicated on-site technical support for audio visual and unified communications systems. Serve as a first and second-level responder for AV, conferencing, IPTV, Barco video wall, and control room technologies. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with CTI's Help Desk and Managed Services teams. Support and facilitate audio and video conferencing meetings as needed. Perform preventative maintenance on supported AV systems and maintain service records. Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvements and technology updates. Assist with system changes, upgrades, additions, and new technology implementations. Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders regarding service requests, maintenance activities, and project updates. Maintain accurate documentation, maintenance schedules, and service reports. Assist with the setup, operation, and support of conference rooms, meeting spaces, and special events. Support remote troubleshooting efforts and collaborate with CTI technical resources to resolve complex issues. Provide outstanding customer service while ensuring technology systems remain operational and reliable. Perform other related duties as assigned. Experience 3+ years of experience supporting audio visual, unified communications, or related technologies. Experience troubleshooting and supporting conference room AV systems. Knowledge of video conferencing platforms and collaboration technologies. Familiarity with control systems, video walls, IPTV systems, and related AV technologies preferred. Experience providing customer-facing technical support in an enterprise environment. Understanding of preventative maintenance practices and service documentation. Ability to diagnose technical issues and escalate appropriately when necessary. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. CTS certification preferred but not required. Experience supporting executive meeting spaces, control rooms, or mission-critical AV systems is a plus. Work Schedule Standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Occasional after-hours support may be required for maintenance activities, special events, or critical service issues. What's in it for you?
