Job Description

Overview:
CrossCom is a recognized industry leader in retail voice, POS and data communications network implementation and maintenance. Founded in 1981, CrossCom provides national retailers with voice, POS and data communications systems solutions, including technology staging, asset management, installation, maintenance, cabling, rollout and chain-wide implementation. CrossCom is the single source partner retailers depend on for in-store communications networking requirements.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize point of sale and telephony equipment with disinfecting cleaning products. Inspect and reject equipment with defects and physical damage. Print and replace asset tags as needed. Remove and tape moving parts such as doors, brackets, print heads to secure them during transit. Wrap equipment in adequately taped plastic film or bags. Box and wrap item with its designated packaging materials. Complete work orders on a daily basis based on finished goods levels. Must be able to communicate clearly with Technicians of the Repair Department. Responsible for maintaining clean and safe work environment.
Required Experience:
High School Diploma. Good organizational skills. Ability to read equipment specifications, and follow instruction. Basic computer skills; typing. Ability to use hand and power tools.
