Rolling until filled About the Role Entabeni is seeking a versatile, experienced, and highly motivated Production Manager to join our team full-time. This unique hybrid role blends the logistical precision of a producer with the creative eye of a cinematographer. You'll be a central figure in the ongoing production of a feature-length documentary rooted in the story of Black Mountain, managing both production logistics and field capture. This is an on-site role based in the Jackson Valley/Black Mountain region of New Hampshire. The ideal candidate lives locally or within a reasonable commuting distance. Key Responsibilities Coordinate, schedule, and manage local and regional shoot days Capture vérité scenes and interviews with cinematic quality Manage camera gear, lenses, cards, and data Book crew travel, lodging, and on-the-ground logistics Serve as liaison between production and on-camera participants Maintain shoot logs and assist with production documentation Support long-term creative goals with strong field execution Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years' experience in documentary, unscripted, or high-end video production Strong cinematography capabilities, especially with vérité and natural light Proficient operating Sony Burano, Sony FX3, drones, and anamorphic lenses Knowledge of production workflows and camera data management Organized and proactive with excellent communication skills Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented in the field Comfortable interacting with subjects and talent on sensitive or emotional topics Basic understanding of post-production workflows (editing, color, sound) is a plus What We're Looking For We're after someone who can step into an established but evolving creative vision and bring their own eye for new angles. You'll need to be a steady hand in high-pressure environments, a calm communicator, and someone who can adapt quickly as our documentary evolves in real time.
