We're looking for a dependable, motivated Assistant TV Installation Technician to join our team. No TV installation experience is required. We will train the right person. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is tech-savvy, mechanically inclined, dependable, and enjoys working with their hands . You'll work alongside an experienced Lead Technician, learn professional installation techniques, and have the opportunity to advance into a Lead Technician position as your skills and experience grow. What You'll Do As an Assistant Technician, you'll work directly with a Lead Technician at customers' homes and businesses.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with professional TV mounting and installation Safely load, unload, carry, and position TVs, mounts, tools, and equipment Assist with measuring, positioning, leveling, and securing TVs Help with soundbars, cable concealment, shelving, and related installations Prepare tools and equipment for each installation Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized Help protect customers' TVs, furniture, walls, and property during installations Maintain a clean and professional work area Provide friendly, respectful, and professional customer service Follow company installation procedures and safety standards Learn proper installation techniques for drywall, studs, brick, stone, fireplaces, and other mounting surfaces Develop the skills necessary to eventually perform installations independently Compensation $20

• 30 per completed job | W-2 Employee QuickMountTV uses a per-job compensation structure designed to reward productivity and efficiency while providing opportunities for increased earnings as technicians develop their skills. Assistant Technicians earn $20
• 30 per completed job , depending on the type and complexity of the installation Installation teams typically complete approximately 6-10 customer appointments per day Most standard TV installations take approximately 35-45 minutes A 10-job day provides $200
• 300 in gross earnings and may take up to approximately 9 hours A 6-job day provides $120
• 180 in gross earnings and may take approximately 6 hours or less We make every effort to group appointments within the same general geographic area to minimize unnecessary travel and create a more efficient workday Occasionally, customer locations or scheduling requirements may require additional travel Daily job volume, work hours, and earnings vary based on customer demand, installation complexity, travel time, and scheduling Compensation and responsibilities can increase as you gain experience and develop additional installation skills Strong performers have the opportunity to advance into a Lead Technician role with greater responsibility and earning potential This is a W-2 employee position , not an independent contractor position.

Schedule Approximately 3-4 days per week Typical workload is approximately 6-10 customer appointments per day Meet with the Lead Technician at a designated morning meeting point Travel in a company vehicle to scheduled customer appointments throughout Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky QuickMountTV makes every effort to schedule appointments geographically to reduce travel time and maximize efficiency Daily hours vary based on the number and location of appointments, installation complexity, and customer scheduling Some days may finish earlier, while heavier schedules or appointments outside the primary service area may result in a longer workday Flexibility is important because no two installation days are exactly the same What We're Looking For You do not need previous TV installation experience. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Be comfortable lifting and positioning large televisions with another technician Be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and work with tools throughout the day Be comfortable working from a ladder when necessary Be able to safely handle expensive customer equipment Why Join QuickMountTV?
