Event Production Technician (Part-Time, Weekends, On-Call)
Location:
Millbrae, CA (serving the Bay Area)
Compensation:
$20-$30 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Part-time, event-based, mainly weekends only

Role:
T.D.E. Wedding is seeking a motivated Event Production Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position focused on executing weddings and events, including audio, lighting, décor, and floral setup. You'll work directly with our production team to ensure every detail is in place for our clients' big day.
Key Responsibilities:
Setup and breakdown heavy (~40lbs) of event elements (lighting, audio, décor, floral). Work collaboratively with the production team to execute designs according to plan. Follow instructions from the production lead to complete tasks efficiently. Ensure safety and quality standards during setup and teardown. Troubleshoot on-site issues with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Requirements:
Weekend availability only; schedule varies per event (typical hours: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM). Event production or AV setup experience preferred. Cantonese speaking preferred, but not required. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to lift and move 40+ lbs. Why Join Us?
