Must be able to travel to Mexico for training and possess the necessary international travel documentation. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced board-level troubleshooting and component-level repair on complex server and data center PCBAs. Diagnose CPU, GPU, FPGA, ASIC, memory, power, and high-speed digital systems. Utilize oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and other advanced test equipment. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and reliability. Interpret schematics, PCB layouts, BIOS logs, POST codes, and diagnostic tools. Perform BGA rework, X-ray inspection verification, and thermal profiling activities. Develop troubleshooting documentation, repair procedures, and debug guides. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, quality, and repair efficiency. Mentor junior technicians and promote best practices in troubleshooting and repair. Qualifications 5+ years of experience repairing enterprise servers, storage systems, networking equipment, or similar electronics. Strong board-level and component-level troubleshooting skills. Experience with CPU, GPU, FPGA, ASIC, and memory subsystem debugging. Ability to read complex schematics and PCB layout files. Experience with X-ray verification and thermal profiling preferred.
