Jobs › Acton, MA › Web Copywriter Insight Global Web Copywriter Acton, MA Apply Job Description A leading medical device company is seeking experienced Web Content Copywriters to support digital content initiatives focused on patient education, website optimization, and new website development. This role will work closely with content strategists, digital teams, and key stakeholders to create clear, engaging, and user-focused web content that helps improve the customer experience across the organization's web properties. Candidates should have experience writing web copy within regulated healthcare, medical device, or life sciences environments and be comfortable translating approved content strategies and requirements into polished web content. This position is expected to start at approximately 20 hours per week through the remainder of the year, with an increase to 40 hours per week in the new year. Skills and Requirements

• Experience writing web copy for medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
• Strong web content writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience developing customer-facing educational content for websites.
• Ability to draft, edit, and refine web copy based on approved content briefs, content strategies, and stakeholder requirements.
• Experience rewriting and optimizing existing web content to improve clarity, readability, and user engagement.
• Experience supporting website optimization initiatives, including implementing SEO recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with content strategists, marketers, UX teams, and business stakeholders.
• Experience converting stakeholder feedback, requirements, and workshop outputs into clear, actionable website content.
• Experience writing web copy related to chronic disease education, patient education, or medical devices.
• Experience supporting a global website launch or large-scale website redesign initiative.
• Experience creating content for learning centers, knowledge bases, or educational resource hubs.
• Experience implementing SEO and AI optimization (AIO) recommendations.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, website modernization, or future-state digital experiences.
• Experience working within enterprise content management and web publishing environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare, patient education, or consumer health content best practices.
