  • About the
Role:
  • The Senior Enablement Copywriter is responsible for crafting compelling and effective copy that aligns with our brand voice and engages our diverse audience.
You will collaborate with marketing, product, project management, and compliance teams to create clear, persuasive, and compliant content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Additionally, you will ensure all content adheres to regulatory guidelines and brand standards while staying updated on industry trends and best practices. + Work with engagement teams to find creative, concise, and effective editorial answers for our stakeholders' needs. + Be a brand champion, following editorial guidelines and modern copywriting best-practices to craft great copy in a variety of formats that includes, but is not limited to, writing emails, web and internal communications content, direct mail, advertisements, social media posts and thought leadership pieces. + Bring big ideas to life in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. + Work closely with our Sr Sales Enablement Manager and Marketing Directors partners to comply with and help elevate copy production operations and improve our overall copy production system. + Craft messaging to support campaigns and directives, implementing and elevating Columbia's brand voice. + Write and edit content to help elevate and give a distinctive brand to our commercial bank business. + Update project status as relates to copy production workflow using Wrike or other relevant technology as needed. + Work collaboratively with creative and banking professionals. + Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes. + Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training. + Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description. + May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert. + Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Columbia corporate culture in all actions and words. + Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate. + Embraces our vision to become "Business Bank of Choice". + May perform other duties as assigned.
  • About You:
  • + 5-10 years of copywriting experience in a fast-paced detailed oriented business environment, preferably with experience writing for the financial services industry required.
+ Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements. + Strong ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy that aligns with the bank's brand voice. + Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry. + Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and compliance departments. + Ability to build and develop strong relationships with key content production partners such as project managers and designers. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. + Capability to analyze market trends and customer insights to inform content strategy. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information. + Flexibility to adjust writing style and tone based on different channels and target audiences. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools (Seismic administrative experience preferred) + Occasional travel may be required The pay range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000. The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
