We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and positive team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Positions Available Kitchen Line Cook Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Previous kitchen experience preferred Dishwasher Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness of the dish area and kitchen Assist the kitchen team with general cleaning and organization Reliable and hardworking Sushi Chef / Sushi Helper Prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls, and other menu items Assist with daily sushi station preparation and organization Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and cleanliness Sushi experience preferred; training available for qualified candidates Server / Host Provide friendly and attentive service to guests Take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a welcoming dining experience Assist with seating guests, answering phones, and managing reservations as needed Previous restaurant experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual team members Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Availability for weekends is a plus Hero Sushi & Sake Bar offers an opportunity to join a friendly team in a busy Japanese restaurant environment.
