We are a team of marketing professionals driven by a simple truth: good ideas and organizations should be growing. When they don't, problems go unsolved, and the wrong companies stay on top. Our mission is to help incredible organizations transform their marketing efforts so they can thrive, serve more people, and become world-changing leaders. This purpose extends beyond our clients; we are currently on a mission to drill 15 clean water wells in Northern Africa by 2026, helping those in deepest poverty break the cycle of poverty and access hope.
We don't do this for self-advancement. We are service-oriented, not sales-oriented. If we can't help you, we will tell you. We are looking for someone who shares our core values: Use the Golden Rule, Ask the Stupid Question, Solve Problems that Matter and Look for the Win-Win. The Role We are seeking a Content Manager to own the quality of every piece of content that leaves our agency. At Kairos, our focus is web content that converts — and this role is the final checkpoint between a rough draft and copy a client is proud to publish.
Our ideal Content Manager is comfortable working with AI to create content and then revising it to meet the standards of our clients. Our AI tools generate strong first drafts. Your job is to make it sound human, on-brand, and persuasive — then fill in everything a machine and a strategist can't: voice, judgment, and taste. You need a sharp editorial eye, not a novelist's pen. If you can synthesize inputs from multiple sources and edit them into copy that sounds like the client (not like AI, and not like every other agency), you will thrive here.
You will work closely with our SEO Specialist, Account Manager, Account Coordinators and the Technical Web Project Manager, to develop SEO-optimized pages that rank and read well, as well as copy, sitemaps, and wireframes for the websites we build. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Editing & Refinement (Your Core Work) Edit and refine AI-assisted drafts so they sound human, specific, and on-brand — never generic or repetitive. Polish blog posts and page copy delivered from the SEO Specialist's briefs, headers, and keyword targets. Balance SEO requirements with natural language: work target keywords into copy without making it sound forced or cheesy. Make sure headlines carry both a keyword and a reason to keep reading. Serve as the last set of eyes on client-facing content — if it reads wrong, it doesn't ship. 2. SEO Content Collaboration Partner with the SEO Specialist to complete monthly content deliverables (new blogs, refreshed blogs, and SEO-optimized pages) per each client's scope. Execute from content briefs, keyword research, and page outlines provided by SEO — strategy lives with them; execution quality lives with you.
