This role ensures brand consistency, delivers compelling customer experiences, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support business and marketing objectives. Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Partner with the Senior Art Director to manage and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application of the Living Spaces brand across all marketing initiatives, campaigns, and customer touchpoints. Lead and present creative concepts from initial ideation through final execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, campaign objectives, and target audiences. Develop creative briefs, mood boards, storyboards, visual presentations, and other materials that effectively communicate creative direction to internal teams and external partners. Create compelling creative assets for print, digital, social media, email, website, paid media, and emerging marketing channels while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence. Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, E-Commerce, Studio, Production Design, and other cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into impactful creative solutions and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Direct photography and video productions, including location scouting, pre-production planning, on-site creative direction, and oversight of talent, styling, set design, composition, lighting, and overall visual execution. Utilize and develop AI-generated content, including photography, video, and other visual assets, while evaluating and implementing emerging technologies to improve creative efficiency, scalability, and innovation. Review and provide creative feedback to designers, production teams, agencies, and other creative partners to ensure high-quality deliverables that adhere to established brand standards. Research design, advertising, AI, and visual content trends and recommend innovative approaches that strengthen brand engagement and improve creative performance. Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines while proactively identifying risks and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Qualifications Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in Marketing, Art Direction, or related business field. Three plus years of experience in a similar role at an agency or in-house marketing team. Mastery of advanced design concepts, including composition, color & typography. Thorough understanding of TV productions, photography and printing techniques. Must have experience in creating TV campaigns from concept to execution. Thorough understanding of color correction, editing, graphics/animation, music selection and sound. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Advanced skill level in the Adobe Creative Suite.Certificates and Licenses:

Position Hiring Range The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.Compensation:
$85,050.00 - $113,400.00 Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
