Lead a team to elevate graphic design and animated deliverables for professional execution. Collaborate as a strategic partner with the VP, Creative for thought leadership, concept design, team development, project assignment, and workload balance. Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday-Thursday), paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely. This position will sit in our Atlanta, GA location. What you'll do Provides art direction, design, and produces best-in-class creative deliverables that always align and support the Equifax brand in a variety of design projects, including, but not limited to: presentations, digital experiences, collateral, photoshoots, animations, print design, environmental graphics Leads a small team and provides art direction to push creativity and refine design to deliver excellence while staying true to the brand standards Engages in brainstorming, thought leadership, and other group collaborations with larger team to generate creative ideas, concepts, themes, and campaigns to push creative and bring fresh perspectives Partners with the VP, Creative to develop strategies, creative concepts and designs supporting brand thought leadership Actively engages AI technologies to gain efficiencies in both creative work and operational tasks Concepts, designs, and conducts creative reviews with the intention of supporting a seamless brand experience Conducts operational managerial duties for team oversight, professional development, and AI engagement What experience you need Excellent prioritizing and organizational skills and works well under pressure to meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-turn environment Demonstrates pride and personal accountability with the best intentions in all work: written communications, personal interactions, creative executions, and team leadership Always shows strong attention to detail for consistency and brand alignment across all projects Flawless file set-up and delivery skills for print production projects Presents ideas, concepts, and projects to various audiences in a confident and professional manner Proven ability to understand complex business concepts Understanding of the brand with the ability to translate it effectively into creative visuals Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud design software: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; working knowledge of animation programs Stays current on latest design trends, styles, and technologies What could set you apart Use Google apps for enterprise environments Technology, Fintech industry Corporate management #LI-AC1 #LI-SK #LI-Hybrid We offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, 401k matching, paid time off, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.
