Role Description The Creative Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Camden, NY. This role oversees the development and execution of creative concepts across print, digital, and marketing materials that support Mystic Stamp Company's brand and customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading creative direction for campaigns, guiding visual and written content, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to support promotions and catalogs. The Creative Manager will manage creative projects from brief to delivery, coordinate timelines and resources, provide feedback to designers and other contributors, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. The role also involves reviewing performance of creative assets, refining strategies based on results, and maintaining high-quality standards that reflect Mystic's heritage and customer focus. Qualifications Strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills to lead concept development and campaign execution. Branding expertise to maintain and evolve a cohesive visual and verbal brand identity. Project Management abilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple creative projects on schedule. Proficiency in Graphic Design and familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Demonstrated experience in a creative leadership or management role within marketing, design, or related fields. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and work cross-functionally. Strong attention to detail and a portfolio showcasing relevant creative work; experience in collectibles, retail, or e-commerce is a plus.
